COMMISSION TO SELLING BROKER - What commission do you want to offer to a broker to bring you a qualified buyer? I recommend 3%, but it can be whatever you feel comfortable with paying.
Remember my company receives no commission as the listing broker. This decision is what you want to pay a REALTOR to bring you a ready, willing, and able buyer who is pre qualified.
