STAGE 5 – Submit MLS Data To Administrative Staff

 

Action On Your Part:

 

1.     Read all of the instructions.

2.     If necessary, write down any requested information on a separate sheet of paper.

3.     After reading, close this page, and log on to www.submit-mls.com

4.     Complete the fields on the template and submit to Corporate.

5.     If you DO NOT know a field, please leave blank.

 

THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT STAGE OF YOUR LISTING PROCESS. PLEASE SPEND SOME TIME TO COMPLETE THIS STAGE ACCURATELY.

 

The information you submit, will be syndicated to the MLS and other web sites Like REALTOR.COM, Zillow ,Trulia and lots more.

 

PLEASE MAKE NOTE:  You may have thought you did this earlier on your flat fee web site, but this is the information we must have to list your property in the MLS.  The MLS data and your property site is not the same.

  

Here are some common fields you will not know:

 

THE REALTOR ID IS: Property Systems

 

LISTING AGREEMENT TYPE IS: Exclusive

 

PLEASE ENTER IN REMARKS IN R1,R2,R3,R4 - DO NOT LEAVE BLANK - You must enter correctly the first time.  The form DOES NOT save, and you will see there is a limited number of characters.

 

Again, the MLS allows only a certain amount of characters. Please submit your data and we will do our best to obtain as much of the Remarks AKA R1, R2, R3 etc. to go live. The remarks are the same as the description you

want people to see.  FMLS allows only 570 characters, and GAMLS 774 characters. Other MLS systems are less than FMLS and GA MLS and will be entered accordingly.

 

THERE IS NO WAY TO SUBMIT ALL OF THE REMARKS YOU HAVE ON YOUR FLAT FEE WEB SITE TO THE MLS BECAUSE THERE IS NOT ENOUGH ROOM.

 

You will need to spend some time to submit and confirm the data. Once

your completed data goes into our MLS, it will be distributed to the

world wide web and to the buyers and agents who will sell your property.

This data submission must be done right the first time, or the data will

have errors and cannot be changed on the syndicated portals with out a lot of effort.

 

You will need the taxes, square footage, and any other details on the

form. If you do not know something, leave it blank.

 

Be prepared to proof read the data once it goes live and if errors are present, send to us in one email with your property in the subject line and each issue numbered. So for example,

 

Subject Line: 123 Main Street – Anywhere, USA.

 

1. bathrooms should be 3

2. there are 2 fireplaces.

3. the property has brick .

4, 5, etc.
